Also, if you want your Calibre library in Kindle format, you can set it up to convert all your books at once. Just highlight all your books (or those you want formatted for the Kindle) and do a bulk conversion. Depending on how many books you have it may take a while, but you can just let it run until done. Then both formats will be available in your Calibre library.
