Fixed prevents the proliferation of 'tags' by only allowing the SINGLE preset value.
TBD should be one choice to allow a place-holder marking, while you
fix the omission.
Order the value list by frequency usage (entering first letter in the field jumps to the first item with that value. Another entry, jumps to the next with that letter)
