I had a problem with downloading a book I had bought from Google Play and tried to reach their support. No response to my first try after two working days. So I tried again, using a different option on the reclamation form. This time there was an instant response: I got an email confirming the cancellation of my purchase. Within minutes the book had disappeared from Google Play, and within hours my refund was confirmed. That was fast, but all I wanted was help on how to download the book with ADE!!!

So I ended up buying the book on Kobo, for 4 euros more. And all for nothing since I had the exact same problem with the Kobo book, since the problem came from ADE (I messed up the authorization and it took me quite a bit of internet searching to figure out and solve the problem).

I didn't try to get help from Kobo and they probably wouldn't have helped for this problem, but at least they answer e-mails. At least they did last time I had a problem with a book. And they did cancel my purchase in the end, but not before I asked for it. Oh well. Don't know if my experience of support at both companies is typical, but there it is.
