Missing images
Today I had an issue with an e-library book (EPUB) which I loaded via Adobe Digital Editions. It was the second book of two that I loaded today. The first opened OK but the second said the device was not authorised. Previous library books opened OK and ADE confirmed the device was authorised.
After much head scratching I signed out of Kobo and restarted. I then authorised the device in ADE and downloaded the e-library books again. All now open but the thumbnail images are just black squares.
Kepubs are OK and show thumbnail images.
Is there anything else I can do regain the thumbnails?
