Help a noob?

Hello Folks,

That $50 tablet + $67 Prime membership has me sorely tempted. Perhaps some Amazon vet here will help me with a few questions.

First, does owning a Fire tablet allow an Amazon Prime customer to use the "Kindle Owners' Lending Library"? Or is that only for the e-ink Kindles?

And second, are Kindle books marked for "Kindle Unlimited" also part of that "Kindle Owners' Lending Library"? (I realize that the Lending Library through Prime allows only one book per month.) If not, how can I tell (on Amazon's web page) whether a book would be available through the Lending Library or not?
