Okay, the Afghani site is in USD, same as Norfolk Island and Singapore, etc.
Also, the Contest codes shouldn't work there if Kobo is still only permitting them to be used in the countries where you can play the Contest, ie. UK CA US
For info, all ebooks on the Afghani site should be discountable, like India, Singapore etc
(But do expect the NSA and all other spy agencies to be following traffic into and out of that country
