11: Indispensable Relationships You Can't Be Without by Leonard Sweet is, as far as I can tell, an inspirational workbook guide to assembling and cultivating your own
Ocean's Eleven-style posse (presumably not for going heisting, but you never know) according to biblical personalities and principles, free courtesy of Christian publisher David C. Cook.
I had a peek inside this one, and it was a surprising mix of pop-culture and biblical references, with some unexpected quoted motivational figures (AFAIK, YA author Philip Pullman is a staunch atheist, albeit one who is in somewhat in favour of Christ's teachings but definitely not the Church which sprang up around them) and suggestions in the self-question/tasks sections. And apparently Peter/Paul are Yoda.

<-- looks more like a Yoda smiley (though less green) than the Vulcan it's supposed to be, actually
Currently free, probably just for the next couple of days @
B&N (also
UK),
Amazon (available to Canadians & in the
UK),
iTunes &
Google Play (both available to Canadians),
ChristianBook (DRM-free ePub available to select countries), and may also be free via other venues listed on the
publisher's web catalogue page.
And this has been the (late!) selected 3rd (non-repeat) free ebook thread of the day.
Pretty much for sheer novelty value, but points for trying, and doing so reasonably amusingly, from a decidedly non-religious reader perspective.
Enjoy!
Description
As believers, our journey is just as important as the destination. And because relationships are essential to our walk through life, it is vital that we partner with people who positively impact our world. Dr. Leonard Sweet believes these essential people are found in the pages of God's Word. Using eleven classic figures from the Bible, Dr. Sweet details key personal attributes that make up God's Dream Team for your life. Readers of all ages will be encouraged to not only seek out such people, but to find their place with those around them.
