Phoenix Mountain Oolong, from Peet's. I have two tins (4 ounces) of this, and it's the last I'll be able to get, since they inform me that it's not being continued in the move to Mighty Leaf. Too bad, this is a superb Oolong, and my favourite of the type. More oxidized than a Ti Kwan Yin, but still delicious.
