The whole Vorkosigan series is being reissued from what I understand.
If you check on Amazon most of the Vorkosigan series is already direct-placement for kindle. Just an Author and Publisher working together for mutual benefits. This is one of the reason you can no longer buy the Vorkosigan Omnibus editions the e-rights for them have reverted.

Ron Miller has a very good relationship with Baen.
