Just a heads up, since I don't see a way to get the offer other than by targeted email:
I'm not currently an Audible member, but I have an account. I got an email today touting Audible's new Windows 10 app and offering me a free ebook to try it. "Click Here" I'm not running Windows 10 nor do I intend to, but what the heck? So I clicked and an audiobook credit was added to my account, no further stipulations about downloading the new app.
So all I can say is that if you've got an Audible account linked to an email you don't usually monitor, it might be worth checking. Or if you figured you couldn't get the book because you can't/won't download the app, there are in fact no restrictions.
