Let's hope the effects of Alzheimers don't hit him any harder for a good long while so he can both carry on writing and doing the work he's doing in raising awareness for the condition.

There was a point that I really didn't like the man as he got rather snotty over a fanzine I was involved in (this will be about 15-20 years ago now), but I decided I liked his writing too much to not read any more. And as far as I know things are now amicable between said fanzine and Sir P (I stopped being involved quite some while ago...)
