Well, of course not. What's the earthly purpose of blanks, in an eBook, when all the special sauce is about channeling the FEEL, without wasting the bloody space? There were reasons for blanks, primarily having to do with something appearing on a recto page (when the pages were flipped, mind you!)...that's inapplicable in an eBook, as most people read in portrait, single-page view, especially those poor souls reading on smartphones. Ergo...you don't need to force a flipped page to be recto, to ensure that it is seen by the flipper.

As it were.
