No, it is not a mom and pop. A mom and pop store actually buys their stuff from the manufacturer. Ebay sellers tend to buy closeouts from a
retailer.
Unless you bought from an authorized seller of a product that got the product from the manufacturer, then there is no warranty. Period. End of sentence.
Oh and I saw that you put something about defamation and libel in a previous post.
Unless that so called name calling cost you potential earnings, you have no case.
Now I have been known to contact manufacturers for a manual or to ask why isn't this working. Turns out we were using the wrong port to update. But I didn't expect them to give me a new one.
