I find (personal opinion) that the editor icons are a wee too tiny for me

The main Calibre Preferences has an icon size setting (none/S/M/L), but it doesn't seem to carry over to the editor session.

Is there a separate editor icon size setting?

If not, maybe carry over the main program setting, or possible adding a new setting for the editor would make them behave more consistent
