Transworld is not Tor. They are the UK arm of Random House. When have you ever read/heard/seen any title from Random House be sold without DRM?
What matters is that no legal US eBook edition exists. If such did exist, Transworld would not be going exclusive with Amazon in the US and Apple would not be selling the same book(s) with a different publisher.
And finally, the UK covers are used on Amazon instead of the US covers and the cover on Apple was made in some image editor and is not a cover that would ever be used.
Give it up, there is no proof there are legal US editions because there are no legal US editions.
