Previously if I sought to answer your query I would have sought further information from you. I may well have recommended the Kobo. The H2O is a beautiful reader, and a pleasure to read on. However, I find I am buying virtually everything from Amazon these days. My preference is to convert and read on my H2O, but if I was able to do this with KU books it would result in the author not being paid. So I read these books on my Paperwhite 2 and, if out without my ereader, my mobile. Reading position sync works well across devices, a real convenience. I find I am using my H2O much less than I would like to.
At the moment the future is looking increasingly Amazon. For this reason I would recommend a Voyage or a Paperwhite. One caveat is that if you are outside the US and read a lot of library books via ADE, you will not be able to do this on your Kindle. If this is important to you, the H2O is a beautiful reader.
