tab: I cannot remember if there is any help written for this plugin. I can't check from where I am, but if there is, there will be a link to it in the top left corner of each dialog. And maybe an entry in the menu.

If there isn't any help, then what is in this thread is it. I suggest you start by clicking on all the options and see what they do. Then have a look in the early pages here or ask questions about them.
