Classical, especially small chamber music or smaller orchestra or pianoforte. Maybe Rossini's overtures or Bach's harpsichord concertos. Things that are less drastic in dynamic range and without vocals usually blend into the background better.
I find harpsichord and piano a bit plinky-plonky. Funny because I used to play them.
