The most recent research I've seen on this saw modest changes (from memory, something like eleven minutes of sleep lost?) after reading on an iPad. In a moderately dim room. For two hours. On
full brightness. That is orders of magnitude more blue light than a well-adjusted Paperwhite is going to give you reading on it all day.
