A way to import in reverse? (From tablet to Calibre)

Is there a way for me to import ebooks from my device to my Calibre library?

I have a lot of ebooks on my tablet that I don't have in my Calibre library (which is on my laptop). If I connect my tablet to my laptop, how would I use Calibre to import any ebooks on the tablet that I don't have in Calibre already?

Secondary question: I have ebooks (on my tablet) in my downloads files, on my SD card, and also imported into my reading apps (primarily UB Reader). Some of the books in UB Reader were directly imported, so they're not in the downloads folder; just the reader app. Is there a way to make sure I get those too, to add to Calibre? Or rather, is there a way to just import all ebooks on the device (not already in Kindle), in one feel swoop- or will I need to manually import them from all the different locations I have them in on the tablet? (Did that make sense?)

Any info would be hugely appreciated!

I'm running the latest version of Calibre (2.38.0) on my laptop, which is running Windows 10, and my tablet is an Android device (not sure if the devices makes a difference).
