I'm in the UK and tried to order a jigsaw yesterday and had no choice in the delivery options, it was next day delivery only. That was using the main web page on my laptop. It was a different checkout page than normal.
I cancelled the order and went to the app on my iphone and was given all delivery choices including the no rush option with a credit.
