is it possible in the past it was available only as a Kindle book?
I know sometimes when OD only had the right to sell the EPUB version, when libraries bought the book and
then it became generally available through OD for Kindles as well...
... the OD record never got updated (or at least not right away) for those libraries.
So I would see a book that was available only for EPUB at one library, but if I checked one of my other libraries, it would be available for recommendation
and show a Kindle format as well.
Never seen the reverse before.
