You make your money getting them to spend on replacing their existing tools and infrastructure.
Which is what IBM hopes to do by pimping iPads.
The Dell, HP, Accenture Windows-based story is based on *not* having to change tools and not having to retrain staff, just incrementally migrate to the future.
