Hi all!
this is my first post here. I'm from Spain too and I'm waiting for an Sony eReader from Waterstones too. I read it takes 4 to 10 days to get here. Now is 17 (12 business days) and no clue.
I called them and a kind girl told me to wait till January the 15th to call back due to Christmas eve

This can be normal but I asked her a tracking number (overseas land mail) and she told me they don't have one!. And what happens if the item doesn't arrive?.
It's the first time I buy abroad and they don't have a tracking number to check where the package is.
Do you know what's the matter here?
(and for God shake!, they don't have an customers attention email address, only phone!)
