What you are seeing is caused by two things
1: calibre "normalizes" all filenames in the library to use strictly ASCII characters; no accented characters; periods are replaced by underscores etc. (I can't right now find a link to this; however this is working AS DESIGNED and won't change)
2: Adobe Reader then displayed in the title bar the filename from the file system. Guess what; that's ASCII; no more no less.
