I've always recommended https://Ninite.com

Although recently I caught on to https://Chocolatey.org which is much nicer IMHO, has a lot more apps too.

Note: It supports command-line and scripted install/update of calibre. Very nice for those who can't use my linux/OSX scripts.

The person who writes the .nupkg for a Chocolatey app has already put in the work to find out how to turn off the offers, or, find the hidden Enterprise installer without the bundled crapware.
