I will add more leaves. I steeped it at 175 for 90 seconds, which is what the directions stated. I am using my One Touch team Maker so the water gets to temp, the basket lowers into the water and the basket raises up right at the 90 second mark. So I know water temp and timing are not off. I can try to add another scoop of leaves.

I like grassy, which is why Senchas are high on my list. I don't think I have bought a Bancha in a while but I have four Senchas in my cupboard.
