Is it possible to disable drag & drop in the editor? Using a laptop, I quite often tap & drag on the touchpad to select text, only to find that I've dragged a chunk of text to a new position instead, which is really annoying! I have it disabled in other applications, but can't find a way to do it in Calibre...
