Sorry, you're out of luck on these three titles. I keep this list updated every month or two. During that time, it's not unusual for Audible to withdraw free titles. I'll remove this title from the list.
As to geo-restricted titles, the only way to get them legally is to have an account in a country where they're not restricted. It's a publisher thing, not an Audible thing.
