I just got this one (Germany):
"Dear Mr.
We would like to inform you that your order has been shipped and should arrive within 3 working days.
The UPS tracking number will be forwarded to you later today or tomorrow morning in order to allow you to track your package.

Herewith we would also like to send you a Quick Reference Guide which will introduce the basic functionalities of your iLiad
and will help you get started right away.
