Find someone's fingernail (or look on the floor).
Use that fingernail to PUSH in the SD card. As you drop the fingernail back onto the floor, the SD card will emerge slightly - like a turtle testing its environment.
At that point, locate two small fingers (or a finger and a thumb)* and PULL the SD card out!
