errors after rebuild are remaining corruption in the Library for that item.
No amount of 'rebuilding' will make it go away' It is like a dent in your car. You need to hammer it out, smooth it over and repaint.
You need to SAVE/Print that report. Each item HAS a description of what was wrong with THAT item ONLY
this is the tedious part to fix. Item by item yo need to apply the correct (for that type) solution

BTW corruption can happen:
2 Calibre sessions (network share) open on the same Library
Running Calibre from a Cloud drive or Network Share (not a local drive)
Failing to pause a Cloud replication service while running Calibre (keystone Kops in action)
Power, drive or other hardware failing
or there is a worm in your Apple (Malware)
