@tshering: Found what was confusing the FT buildsystem (autotools & cross-compiling... >_<").

I'm rebuilding everything, and I'll check if it helps.

The good news is that the fix is trivial, and *should* work with the buildbot, so I'll send a PR if that fixes it .
