It's a book I make for a customer, the text is in Hebrew. If you're proficient in HTML5/CSS3 you can make ePub3 easy, if you're proficient in HTML4/CSS2 you can make ePub2 easy.
The real problem is when you try to get it working on a large number of devices, there are so many hacks I just lose track sometimes :/
