I think it is a little bit strange and offensive using the term Social Justice Warriors. It is a stupid label given by people who are offended by the ideas of some people. It makes it sound, as if there were an organization behind it, which is ridiculous. Also there is a tendency, to just throw anyone, who thinks diversity in literature could be a good thing into an extremist niche.

There are many not extremist, constructive discussions about the topic. It mostly becomes toxic, if extremists of both sides get into the discussion.
