@Nick_1964 - you can create an "Empty Book" - Ctrl+Shift+E

And you could add that book to a Most Wanted list that you previously created with the Reading List plugin

When you get the book you would add the format file to its empty book record with Add files to selected book record (Shift+A) and remove it from the Most Wanted list.
