N647 Update Loop / Books Gone
Just had the same issue happen to me. N647 updated the firmware, and when I plugged it into a USB charger, it rebooted and now always has the splash screen about updating the software when booting. All content has disappeared (even the 100 free books). Kobo Desktop does not recognize the device any longer. I tried the factory reset, but nothing changed. Does anyone have the internal SD card image they can share? I'll give it a try and see if this thing can be salvaged... Thank you!
