The Repair Needed screen showed before I opened device.
At the beggining I tried holding power button for 30 sec but nothing changed (it rebooted, turned on LEDs, showed Repair Needed screen and turned LEDs off).
When I put magnet on a bezel (imitate magnetic case) it boots to screen saver. When I remove magnet it shows Repair Needed.

I didn't mess with the device before.
On the screen there is also
