If you read through the most recent posts in the (lengthy) thread below, you can get an idea of a strategy to "liberate" your Nook ePubs:

"B&N removed download option on all books in "My Nook" library."

You will need to download and install the Nook Study program, Calibre and the latest version of Apprentice Alf's tools (which have been updated to incorporate/extract the Nook Study Key, if I understand correctly).

I can't guarantee that this method will work because I haven't tried it myself. (I stopped purchasing eBooks from B&N last Fall when they started changing the DRM key(s)).
