Thanks for that pointer. I sent that person a message and perhaps they'll have what I need!

As for your offer to help, I'm not 100% sure on the procedure, but it sounds like a prerequisite is to have telnet access. If you have that, then I think we can figure out the right commands to dump the internal storage to a file, probably over WiFi to a convenient computer. But we can see if the other fellow has it already done first.
