It's looking like Harlequin has dropped many if not all of their older series titles (it's looking like 2 years or older?) from $3.99 to $2.99. Series I'm seeing drops for include superromance, special edition, treasury, american romance, and harlequin romance.
Intrigue and romantic suspense titles are not yet affected.
