It's an index, and I need to edit in more page numbers, cuz it only indexed half of the project (non work project - genealogy book).

Oh, duh. Nevermind. I see I can just CUT n PASTE out of it (previous file didnt' let me). Now I can put it into a text editor. Bye bye!

If you get a couple minutes to check it out for the future,
k2pdfopt will OCR PDFs for you on your Mac using the Tesseract OCR engine. It is open source.
