And I didn't even notice the thread, lol... Wonderful haul, and beautiful case. How often do you go to the auctions? Box lots are also a nice way to get frames.. Considering what you can spend on good frames and glass... Interestingly enough the most I've ever spent on a frame was done to annoy people... At one job I spent a minor fortune on a frame and museum glass (antiglare) for a poster of Buffy the Vampire Slayer... I enjoyed the show and no one else did so I decided to put up the poster, but I wanted it to look professional. Hence the couple hundred bucks in framing a $2 poster. Though I did chose a very tasteful one ...
