+1 I also have to be extra cautious. (Or just a confirmation question would be enough before opening the browser?)
Plus, I don't really like that in citation dialog the default is the "Ok". I think the most useful default would be the "Choose paragraph", because in the most cases you start with that. (Explanation: I use citation many times. It is far from good, but better than nothing. Sometimes I am too quick, and after entering citation mode, I press the up or down button on the reader to choose the paragraph and I create a new citation entry which is not too simple to delete. Even the "Cancel" would be better default than the "Ok".)
Bug: when a dictionary has more entries with the same name like "me" and "ME" (abbreviation for medical examiner), direct tap on "ME" opens the entry "me". The same with "major" and "Major".
