It's only ever happened once or twice, and I suspect some weird firewall issues may have had something to do with it, but... take it for what it's worth.

Got an email from Amazon that I need to call them for further test... It's bed time for me here... Will let you guys know of follow up ASAP.
All and all, I really like Amazon to be honest as a company.
