I think you'll find YMWV with each firmware depending on your particular use. For myself, I'm staying with 3.17.0. I do not use kepubs though and I never had a problem with sickel no matter which books or pdfs I tried. 3.17.0 had a bit faster page turns on epubs. I don't see any ghosting of the cover image after waking it from sleep (although I wouldn't necessarily find that to be a problem since I keep my page refresh set to 50, if I needed to force a refresh, it's easy enough to do).

I just didn't see any improvement in 3.17.3 in my case at all to bother with setting up my patch file again.
