see, there are still some situations when it may be preferable to read a paper book.

(oh, and yes, my washing machine is working again now, meaning i replaced the one plastic beater which had broken completely off. of course, when i did that, i discovered that the other two plastic beaters were about to break off, the clips on one side are already broken and they are only hanging on by the other side.
so my 700 socks are clean at least.
that reminds me i should perhaps go start a machine... you have to wear so many clothes in wintertime !!)
