FYI the backup program SOS interferes with Calibre. a clean calibre install will work once, but a second try to open calibre and calibre will freeze. uninstall SOS and calibre works fine.

it hangs on Initializing User Interface.

running 2.35 64-bit on Win 7.

does not seem to have the same issue running 2.32 64-bit.
