Wrestling with Moses might be of interest to you when you finish with the Caro. I've been tempted to read the
The Power Broker but length and time are keeping me at bay. It apparently glosses over some of Moses' failures and this one outlines one of them.
Maybe I'll get to the larger biography soon.
