Oolong: Wuyi Shan Red Cape this time. A very nice Oolong. Loving eating foods fresh from the garden and farm. We are starting to experiment with fermenting food.

We are using this method. We have a huge thing of cherry pepper mash and a Hot Italian Giardiniera. We also pickled a ton of Hot Italian Giardiniera. This year we have tons of carrots, onions, broccoli, sweet peppers, hot peppers, tomatoes and cauliflower. This weekend we are going to make some home made tomato paste and tomato sauce.
